One day, sitting in ATV class, we were told: “In this exercise, you need to be as vulgar as possible.” From that moment on I knew this was the path for me. As a film lover, series junkie, videogame nerd and frustrated writer, I love all things audiovisual and freedom it provides to let my creativity run wild when it comes to translating.

I translated in 2017 with the idea of being an audiovisual translator and seeing my subtitles on the silver screen, although I really started out as a project manager; well like Andrea in The Devil Wears Prada (but without the Prada, obviously). After cutting my teeth here and there, I’m now at bbo. Here I translate, proofread, and tutor interns as well as trying to make my co-workers laugh as much as possible.
